The AMP choice for the Zurich Physics Colloquium in the spring semester 2025 has been selected among the proposed speakers:
We are excited to introduce Denis Bandurin from the National University of Singapore whose research explores graphene based heterostructures with optoelectronic experiments to unveil intriguing phenomena of 2d materials. Join his exciting talk on 'teratronics in the flatland' on Wednesday, May 21st, at the ZPC! You can find more information on his talk here.

Suggest the next AMP choice speaker for the ZPC
Do you know a scientist doing exciting research and transmitting their enthusiasm for their field? Are you a PhD or PostDoc in Physics? Then suggest a speaker for the fall 2025 Zurich Physics Colloquium and, with a bit of luck, become their host when they come to ETH! If your proposed speaker is selected, AMP will be happy to help you organize the visit. Travel, accommodation and dinner costs will be covered by the ZPC and AMP.
To make a proposal, send us the name of the speaker together with a short description of the topic and why you think they would be a great choice for the ZPC via the form below.
