Teacher Training Programme
Through the training of teachers and the further development of teaching methods, the Department of Physics contributes to modern and lasting forms of physics education.
The Department of Physics is active in the group "Fachdidaktik Physik" of ETH and the University of Zurich, and in the ETH Competence Center for Teaching and Learning (EducETH). In this way, we contribute to the training of physics teachers at grammar schools (Maturitätsschulen) and technical colleges (Fachhochschulen). These activities are carried out mainly by members of the EduPhys group.
